Deliveries
All items ordered through the shop will be sent to the family's first class in the week following the placing of the order
This will only depend on the items being in stock. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil an order, we will always let you know the delay, and ask whether you wish to wait or receive a refund to your card. Certain items, clearly shown on the relevant descriptions, will be subject to a custom order as they are not held in stock either by our suppliers or us.
Returns
Families are free to return items, whether due to them not fitting or the rare occasion of a manufacturing fault
We always ask that items be carefully unpacked as soon as possible after receipt, that the packaging be retained, and that the items be checked and then tried on. If you need to return the items, please first contact Miss Swan, then carefully repack them using the original packaging via the student's class. We will then supply a different size or, in the case of a manufacturing fault, we will contact the supplier and, if we can, supply a replacement that we have first carefully checked.
VAT
Most of the uniform and footwear that we sell falls outside the purview of VAT. However, when the items move into the sizes considered "adult", then VAT is included in the charges. However, for simplicity, we can show an inclusive price for everything - what you see is what you pay, whether VAT is charged or not.
Stripe
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex. Card payments are processed via Stripe, and when you "click to pay", you are immediately transferred to Stripe's own Level 1 PCI systems - your credit card details and security codes never enter our systems.
