Delivery and returns
Your order delivery
Your order is generally delivered to the family's first class in the week following the placing of the order. We ask that you carefully open the order, retaining all packaging, and check that the items are as expected. Once tried on, if the fit is unsatisfactory, please contact Miss Swan so that an exchange can be arranged. If you are going to exchange goods, please do not wear them any further and repack the items. Miss Swan will discuss which of our branches is quickest to return them via. This is the same procedure for the rare occasion of discovering a manufacturing fault.
