We are happy to accept any of these. All such payments are processed via Stripe.
How Stripe protects you and us
Once you have finished shopping, go to your basket and click/touch to proceed to checkout. Our system takes you away from our server at this point to Stripes Level 1 PCSI servers. Throughout the time that you submit any information regarding your card, it is on Stripe’s ringfenced systems – we only receive notification that your payment has succeeded (or very rarely failed).
Once payment has been completed, you will receive an acknowledgement from Stripe, and you will be taken back to our shop. We will receive notification that payment is on its way to us and that we can release the goods, and the shop software sends us a copy of the order.
Occasionally, customers call us and ask for a repeat of something they previously ordered – we cannot do this as we do not have any payment information or any means of accessing it.
On the odd occasion that a refund is required, we achieve this by instructing Stripe – we advise them of the authentication code they gave us to issue the goods to you, and they will use that to locate your payment. Again, we have no access to your card details.
