Right of revocation
You may revoke this purchase within 14 days, without stating the reasons. The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the conclusion of the purchase. To exercise your right of revocation, you will have to inform us about your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email to mailto: shop@theweston.dance). To observe the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notice on the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this purchase, all payments made by you shall be promptly refunded by us within 14 days at the latest with effect from the day we have received your returned goods. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the original transaction unless deviating terms were expressly agreed on with you; we will in no event charge you for this refund. The goods must be returned unused in their original, undamaged, packaging with all associated leaflets etc.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply, if you, upon conclusion of the legal transaction, exercise your commercial or freelance activity and are thus to be regarded as an entrepreneur.
